Who we are
Empire Height Safety Solutions ("we", "us") provides height safety sales, installation, inspection, training, and compliance services across South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how it is handled, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you submit a site assessment request or general enquiry, we collect:
- Contact details: name, company, position, mobile number, email address
- Site details: site name, address, city/province, required completion date
- Project information: services required, roof type, access requirements, notes
- Any photos or drawings you choose to upload
Why we collect it
Solely to review your request, prepare an accurate site assessment and quotation, and contact you about your project. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry.
How it's stored and shared
Form submissions are sent by email to our team via our email service provider (Resend). Uploaded files are transmitted as part of that email. We do not currently operate a customer database or client portal on this site; your information exists in our email records and, where a project proceeds, in our internal project files.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
- Object to how your information is used
To exercise any of these rights, email info@empireheightsafety.co.za.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

This policy is a plain-language summary of our data practices and is not a substitute for formal legal advice. We recommend having it reviewed by a compliance professional as the business grows, particularly regarding Information Officer registration with the Information Regulator.
