Why formal training matters

Experience isn't the same as certification

The Construction Regulations define a "competent person" as someone with both experience and formal training. South Africa's work-at-height sector has three SAQA-registered unit standards, recognised by the Institute for Work at Height (IWH), that satisfy that training requirement: working safely in a fall risk position, compiling a Fall Protection Plan, and fall arrest with basic rescue. A team that's experienced but never formally assessed against these standards is a real compliance gap, and often an invisible one until an audit or incident finds it.

Why train with us

One team for equipment and competence

SAQA & IWH-aligned

Course designations are built around the Institute for Work at Height's recognised unit standards, not a generic in-house induction.

Trained by installers

The team teaching your crew is the same team that installs and inspects fall protection systems on real sites, week in and week out.

Recertification reminders

Licences need renewal to stay current. We can fold your team's training schedule into the same inspection and recertification cadence as your equipment.

On-site or off-site

Train at your facility around your operating hours, or send your team to a scheduled session once dates are confirmed.
