Construction Regulation 10 requires a written, site-specific Fall Protection Plan wherever a fall of 2 metres or more is possible, compiled by someone formally trained to do so - not just someone experienced.
Covers hazard identification and risk assessment for work at height, structuring a compliant Fall Protection Plan, and the documentation a Department of Labour inspector or auditor will expect to see.
